Abstract Submission Instructions

Abstracts for the American Society for Reconstructive Transplantation 7th Biennial Meeting are currently being accepted online. Scientific contributions on all aspects of reconstructive transplantation are welcome for submission. Specific topics include organ/tissue preservation, mechanisms of rejection, immune regulation and tolerance induction, non-invasive immune monitoring, nerve regeneration and cortical reintegration, surgical techniques, and clinical trials and protocols, VCA donation, as well as psychosocial and qualitative outcomes. Online abstract submission will conclude at 11:59pm Eastern August 1, 2022.

Abstracts must be formatted according to the following guidelines: Title, Authors (no university degrees or appointments are allowed), Affiliations and Text. Organize the abstract into Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Define all abbreviations. Abstracts must not contain copyrighted material. Tables, graphics and photos may be included and will count at 75 words. Abstracts containing data presented at the ATC (American Transplant Conference) 2022, ICTS (International Congress of The Transplantation Society) 2022, ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons) 2022, ACS (American College of Surgeons) 2022, and the PSRC (Plastic Surgery Research Council) 2022 may be submitted if data and content are updated. Financial disclosure information must be submitted by the submitting author. Limit abstract to 350 words.
